Jaylaine Hurst has an educational background in Economics from the University of North Texas. Right out of college she began working with consumers in the mortgage and auto industry. She has helped individuals with credit issues and consumer rights for years and strives to help families and individuals achieve the buying power they need for their future. Jaylaine spends each day educating individuals on credit, their consumer rights,  and the outcome it can have on their future.

 Jacklyn Shapiro has been helping individuals and families for more than 20 years and her passion for championing consumer rights is unmatched. Her experience in cooperatively working with the executive staff of small businesses, fortune 500 companies and collection agencies creating a unique solution based approach to consumer issues. Jacklyn has been trained by some of the foremost consumer advocate experts in the country. She has been a guest on radio shows such as The Automotive Edge with Kurt Chase and The Real Talk with Willie Lambright, Mike Citron’s national webinar series, ESPN, Wine & Wisdom with best selling author Dr. Hank Seitz, iHeart Radio and The Female Entrepreneur.

Chrystal Duncanson | Director of Operations and Senior Consumer Advocate 

National Advocate, Chrystal Duncanson brings over 15 years of experience from the Banking, Finance and Consumer Affairs Industry. She has had the opportunity to work with banking giants Bank of America and Wells Fargo and brings a wealth of experience and benefit to the National Advocacy Alliance team.
